你的心是你的靈魂和你頭腦心智之間的通道。

你靈魂裡的喜悅必須經過你的心，否則它「根本進不到」你的頭腦。
感覺(feelings)是靈魂的語言。
如果你有個封閉的頭腦，感覺就進不到你頭腦，而退到你心。
打開你的頭腦心胸(Open your mind)，讓你的感情被表達出來，被推出來，
你的心就不會破碎或爆開，而會成為一種你「靈魂裡自由流動之生命能量」的管道。

Your heart is the corridor between your soul and your mind.
The joy in your soul must move through your heart, otherwise it will "not even enter your mind."
Feelings are the language of the soul.
They will back up in your heart if you have a closed mind.
Open your mind, allow your feelings to be expressed, to be pushed out, and your heart will neither break nor burst, but be a free-flowing channel of the life energy in your soul.
