肉體是你生命形式───你的大我(You)───之最原始、最基本的表達形式。在另一個表達形式的層面，你這個生命形式可能有個不同的議程。你並不知道。除非你知道。
有些人類一直與「他們是誰的全貌」有著非常深的接觸。有些人在某些時候有接觸。有些人偶爾才有接觸，而有些人根本沒有接觸過。
當你與你是誰的全貌及本質(the Totality and the Essence of Who You Are)有接觸時，每件事都會看起來不一樣。突然之間，彷彿重要的東西變得不重要了。事關重大的事變得不大重要了。

Yet, your physical body is the most primitive, basic expression of the Life Form that is You. At another level of expression, the Life Form that is You may have a different agenda. You do not know. Unless you do.
Some human beings are very deeply in touch with the Totality of Who They Are all of the time. Some are in touch part of the time. Some are in touch once in a while, and some are in touch not at all.
When you are in touch with the Totality and the Essence of Who You Are, everything looks different. Suddenly, what seemed important is not important.
